When things change inside you, things change around you. The best way to experience the heart sutra is by finding a cozy corner in your house and closing your eyes while you listen to it. Amidst the chaos in the world, I pray that we as a community are able to find those moments of peace and find the strength to power through these tough times.

The liberator of suffering shines light upon me to create an abundance of merit and wisdom for long life and happiness.
 
White Tara (the Mother of all Buddhas) and Green Tara are the two main aspects of Tara, known by the name Wish-fulfilling Wheel or Cintachakra.

Another name for White Tara is Sita Tara (in Sanskrit Sita means pure or white).

White Tara contains the essence of Tara – compassion. Also, in all images, White Tara is represented with seven eyes (hence the name of “Goddess of Seven Eyes”) – meaning her compassionate nature which sees the suffering in samsara.

For all those ailing in the world,
Until their every sickness has been healed,
May I myself become for them
The doctor, nurse, the medicine itself.

Raining down a flood of food and drink, May I dispel the ills of thirst and famine.

For sentient beings, poor and destitute, May I become a treasure ever-plentiful,
And lie before them closely in their reach, A varied source of all that they might need.

Victory over Mara, demon Alavaka, wild elephant Nalagiri, serial killer Angulimala, the evil intentions of Cinca who sought to defame, the arrogant brahmin Saccaka, the Naga   king Nandopananda, and the false views of Brahma Baka
