With over two decades of experience behind the decks Michael, decided to quit wasting time playing video games and join the circus of geeky psytrance liveacts, spending most of his free time in his favorite spot on earth – his studio. Within weeks the results started to get our attention and with the encouragement of friends he totally got lost in the music, neglecting even offers and orders to come to summer festivals by his label manager. The result of his passion can be found on this release. This EP includes some of his the deeply focused work in understanding the science of creating music with top-notch production quality. Sangoma Records was founded in 2011 out of enthusiasm for psychedelic culture and music by the virtuoso Emiel and cultural anthropologist Daksinamurti – both DJs for over a decade. Sangoma Records aims to release psychedelic trance without any stubborn stylistic definitions and boundaries. Their music is made by unique new talents and established artists who don’t follow trends but instead deliver something unique and outside of boxes.
