This guided relaxation soundscape is designed to help you relax and ground yourself through the use of specific frequencies, including 111Hz, 174Hz, 432Hz, 528Hz, 639Hz, and 741Hz. It also includes 7.83Hz isochronic tones and is tuned to the frequency of the Earth. During the body scan, focus on your body sensations, any emotions that may come up, and your breath, as it may also help you release tension and alleviate pain.
