This is the recording of the 1st Ecstatic Dance DJ-set I played in Amsterdam, which was an unforgettable experience. It was such a blast to finally play for an awesome audience again after a break of 10 years.

This guided relaxation soundscape is designed to help you relax and ground yourself through the use of specific frequencies, including 111Hz, 174Hz, 432Hz, 528Hz, 639Hz, and 741Hz. It also includes 7.83Hz isochronic tones and is tuned to the frequency of the Earth. During the body scan, focus on your body sensations, any emotions that may come up, and your breath, as it may also help you release tension and alleviate pain.

This is my first online live-streamed ecstatic dance. I play epic tracks supported by live instruments, my voice and weird sounds coming from an alien somewhere deep down in the universe.
