Balancing on the edges of musical genres, Dubrova ethno-project uses authentic Russian folk-songs collected during ethnographic expeditions. Their music influenced by jazz, funk and rock creates a unique mixture of modern rhythms and folk melodies. The combination of acoustic instruments with voices in Dubrova’s arrangements conveys the warmth and sincerity of traditional Russian music. Dubrova introduces an unconventional and contemporary representation of the age-old culture and traditions.

Балансируя на грани музыкальных жанров, этно-проект “Дуброва" опирается в своей работе на аутентичный фольклор, записанный в ходе этнографических экспедиций. Наряду с уникальным мелодизмом русской  музыки в творчестве коллектива слышны отголоски джаза, фанка и рока, что порождает неповторимый синтез современных ритмов с традиционным пением. Звучание акустических инструментов в сочетании с голосами передает тепло и искренность народной музыки.
