Recorded in Nepal - In a small village called pharpin - We lived their for a month in a Tibetan Buddhist orphaned monastery.
The minimal lifestyle of the young monkes combined with eckhart tolle's book : "NEW EARTH" - has been a great inspiration for this track.

The notes are the audible octaves of the color frequencies. Notice each note's "5th" is the complimentary color. This is a Chakra and energy center correlation, based on actual frequencies of the colors of the centers, with no dissonance. 
Binaurals and Monaurals both in this mix, and they go from Epsilon to Lambda. Monaurals are the main note, Binaurals carrier waves AND beat waves at the 5th. 
Ragas provide the rhythm, with synths, gongs, didgiridoos, and crystal and metal singing bowls.

Erased Tapes artists and friends Ólafur Arnalds and Nils Frahm have separately carved out a musical career that defies genres both with their unique live shows and a loyal fan base that’s always eager to hear what their prolific output will bring. 

Their latest collaborative 2-track release ‘Life Story Love and Glory’ is a live improv affair on two pianos, recorded in 2012 at Nils’s Durton Studio in Berlin. Fans may wonder why they have waited until 2015 to release these tracks, but having revealed a new website www.arnaldsfrahm.com you may think this may not be the end to their musical story this year. 

“We would meet in Reykjavik or Berlin with the intention to share some days off work, hiking, swimming or eating pizza. That is great for a couple days, but after a while we would always end up back in the studio, fiddling with synths or pianos.” – Nils Frahm 
“You can hear in the beginning of ‘Life Story’ how I have already started playing the piano whilst Nils is still moving microphones around and preparing everything. It was all kept in!“ – Ólafur Arnalds 

‘Life Story Love and Glory’ will be released as a 7” on Erased Tapes – exclusively through record stores only on August 21, 2015 ahead of its digital release later on – as an ode to this classic and beloved format.

Slow Piano music with a cinematic, peaceful and positive feel. Due to its calm, soothing, tranquil, but also inspiring character, this relaxing background music instrumental, combined with beautiful views of Switzerland's mountains around Engelberg, can be a perfect fit for your relaxation, spa, mood music, study music, yoga, or even meditation music playlist.

How you use the music, is up to you. It's broadly known, that nature can have profound positive effects on us humans. At least I myself feel that way, when I am at a beautiful place like in the mountains, or at beautiful coastlines. This is why I decided to capture a nature scene like this and combine it with my music. Technically, I created this whole piece, like you see it, within 7 days, starting with climbing the mountain and shooting footage of the landscape, then getting inspired for a tune, then creating, recording and mixing the music, while editing the short movie.

I hope I could communicate some of the excitement, but then also some of the deep relaxation, which I feel when I am in the mountains.
