Throughout the past year, Bits and Pieces was created in Modo Mero’s hometown in the countryside where he spent a lot of time experimenting with recorded sounds and created soundscapes inspired by the peace and quietness of his surroundings. The record therefore came to life in a playful way by gathering little ‘bits and pieces’ of these sessions and gluing them together as a whole. It displays glimpses of synthetic landscapes, leaving us in a dreamy world of atmospheres, all with a sense of kindness and warmth. 

Celebrating the extensive history of electronic music while still exploring the limitless means of modern music production, Modo Mero is mastering the illustrious art of merging, fusing, and blending styles and sound. Whether you are floating in a nightclub or staring out the window on a late bus ride home, there is always a time and place to listen, drift away and letting your mind conjure up a story of your own.

Our concept is focussed on showcasing emerging talent and known names, and to create quality portfolio sets that are recorded and posted online. We aspire to create a meeting space with a vibrant and open atmosphere meant for music discovery and connection between like-minded people. With an RSVP system, we welcome a maximum number of listeners where guests of the artists have a priority over external audiences.
