I wrote this a couple of days ago, sitting at my piano among the packing boxes.  It was just a flow of feelings piece.  I let it flow through my hands and out through the piano, trying to express my feelings of sadness at leaving this beautiful place and excitement at heading north for a new adventure by the sea in Northumberland. Just because we can and why not give it a try, get some sea air, walk on the beach, listen to the waves.  Apologies this is a warts and all recording on my phone with an occasional hesitation while I work out where I’m going.  I hope you enjoy the journey.

This is a light, reflective piece granting space to refresh the soul amidst the hustle and bustle of the everyday life. It's okay to "get lost" or frustrated about things "in the moment..." but, we can choose to discard those or use them as compost and still enjoy the delicious, healthy, juicy, refreshing bits of our day and our lives. 

We caution listeners to not drive or operate machinery while listening to our music done in a HZ unlike what most radio stations play... and to listen through headphones at a lower volume than you normally listen to most of your music, for optimum effect. Enjoy!
