Next up on Toolroom Trax, it’s Volume 2 of the Toolroom Academy showcase – ‘Leaders Of The New School 2021’.  Returning for its second iteration, ‘Leaders Of The New School’ has a simple ethos, to shine the spotlight onto some of the successors from the Toolroom Academy. Providing an opportunity to showcase both the brand-new and emerging talents coming out of Toolroom’s prestigious mentorship arm. 

‘Leaders Of The New School 2021 Vol. 2’ raises the bar higher than ever before with a choice selection of new music from some of the Academy’s greatest talents, including Bubs, Mai Maa, Stephan Duy, Tenobi and Salvione to name a few. An electric mix of House and Tech House records, the 10-track album is a testament to both Toolroom and the Toolroom Academy’s level of quality and consistency that precedes them. Keep your eyes peeled on this one, as these artists are no doubt going to become names to remember.

Next up on Hannah Wants' label this September we welcome back one of our favourite DJ and producers; Iglesias, who returns to Etiquette with brand new single 'Freak' including an exciting remix from Brazilian DJ and producer Classmatic and an exclusive liquid mix from Iglesias himself. Over the last couple of years, the London based DJ and producer has climbed up the ranks and catapulted himself to the top of the charts with lauded releases on respected imprints including; Toolroom, Kaluki, Sola, Nothing Else Matters, Solid Grooves, VIVa and Repopulate Mars to name but a few. 'Freak' is a straight-up, no-nonsense Tech House banger, infusing tribal inspired drum grooves, hypnotic atmospherics, taught base and intoxicating vocal chops throughout. Next up Joe showcases a unique, unexpected side to his production skills offering a breakbeat inspired, liquid DnB version of Freak which is one for the afterhours, 3am vibes. Completing the EP is Classmatic's remix of the original, contributing a more stripped-back Minimal cut that offers stripped back drum grooves and woozy synths. Another killer EP from Hannah Wants' Etiquette designed to blow up the club.
