Entity Description: DACF 008, designated as "Itself," represents a parasitic species of entities that propagate an insidious and little-understood ailment, identified as DACF 008-A. This affliction manifests as a relentless psychological erosion of the host, instigated by the parasitic entity. Once a victim is selected, Itself implants within the host, draining the individual's sense of self, leading to severe cognitive deterioration and violent tendencies. During this harrowing period, the host abandons personal identity, referring only to themselves as "it" and "itself." After three months of parasitic occupation, Itself abandons the husk-like host, feasting upon their remains, and proceeds to the next unsuspecting prey. The enigmatic nature of this entity challenges DACF's efforts to comprehend and control its spreading influence.
