"Coctel" es una canción que transita por los estilos de Modern Jazz Fusion, Smooth Jazz y Lounge Ballad. La pieza describe una escena nocturna y sensual en la que la pasión surge de forma espontánea entre dos personas en un ambiente de bar o "antro". La letra evoca imágenes de vino, cigarros y un amor que se vive libremente, sin ataduras. El tema central es un deseo ardiente que se compara con un "cóctel que embriaga" , culminando en una declaración de amor "sin límites ni reversos".
Musicalmente, la canción refleja esta evolución emocional con una dinámica que va de un enérgico groove de jazz fusión a un tempo más lento e íntimo, para finalmente resolverse en una conclusión calma y reflexiva. Sapphire's Smooth Jazz Mix - June 2019

On 16 May 2013, I uploaded my first ever mix to Soundcloud. The song choices were great, but my mixing skills wasn’t so great!!

7 years later, that mix is still getting played all over the World and so far has had 782k plays!

I have uploaded many mixes since then which have had a total of 1.69M plays and received so many wonderful messages, including a marriage proposal! You know who you are!!

I love getting daily notifications that my mixes have been liked, reposted or that someone has left a message! Even my Christmas mix is still getting played/liked in May 😮
