Each song is a journey in itself as well as a journey in the collective album, representing an idea that has been spoken in the form of music.

We are only limited by the imaginary walls we built around us. A collaboration between Sapta and Amrit (IN) and the 6th song in the X bandwagon, 'Imaginary walls' implicitly asks us to crush those imaginary walls of limitations, or slavery, or physical borders we have built around us. Once the walls come down, our creativity will see no bounds.

The X is musical story encompassing all the ideas and the energies that a young global population represents, more specifically from the global south, led by India. It is the story of the churning that India, as a nation and a conscious collective, seems to have gone through in the 21st century and more recently since 2020, the year of the pandemic.

There are overall 18 million Indian immigrants in the world, and many more from the rest of the developing world, ready to change their location in an instant to see and explore what the world has to offer. 'Change your Location' represents their impromptu plans and energy of exploration.

The Victor writes the law; in our case the international law, so far dictated by the west. Though it is now seeing the Indian and the developing world's scrutiny and check. 'Our Law' the third song of the album, takes us through the journey of pursuit and passion, to bring equality to the global law and order.

The most ambitious of all the songs in the album, and a sequel to 'The Sound of this Nation' song released in 2014, 'The Sound of the Nation II' represents the chaotic yet amusingly streamlined wave of energy of the Indian subcontinent in last few years that is ready to take on the world, whether in the field of music, sports, dance, policy making, movie making, economy, or art.

Blending raw emotion with cinematic soundscapes, Sapta has carved out a distinct sonic identity across India’s electronic scene. With a career spanning 11 albums, the Chennai-born, Goa-based producer and composer continues to push creative boundaries with every release.

Black Box is a sonic vault, a place where every pulse, glitch, and breath has been archived and reimagined. Across seven expansive tracks, Sapta pieces together fragments of memory and emotion, shaping them into a body of work that feels both vast and intimate.
