Los Angeles Epidemiologist on Discusses the Importance of Vaccine Mandates

On March 26, 2024 the UC Law San Francisco chapter of the American Constitution Society hosted Nikhel Sus for a conversation about his experience litigating on behalf of Colorado voters in the Colorado Supreme Court case that lead up to former President Trump's ban from the State primary. In this discussion, moderated by second year law student Sarah Fahn, Sus dives into the complex and unprecedented legal issues that have never been heard before the Supreme Court. Although Sus was successful in litigation before the Colorado Supreme Court, SCOTUS unanimously reversed the decision and held that a state cannot ban Trump from the primary, and left it up for Congress to decide.
