Introducing Saraswati, a DJ project created by Marina Patrejeva from Latvia. Back in 2017, at the age of 15, Marina discovered the psychedelic scene while in Cyprus and instantly fell in love with the music and culture. This marked the beginning of her journey.

In 2019, Marina started playing various styles of electronic music at parties throughout Cyprus, exploring different genres and honing her skills behind the decks.

As the years went by, Marina's passion and interest shifted towards high BPM music, particularly Darkpsy, Hitech, and Psycore above 150 BPM. It was then that the Saraswati project was born, encapsulating her love for the darker side of the genre. 

In 2023, Saraswati proudly became a member of Wachuma Records.

Saraswati's sets are characterized by trippy sounds and evolving atmospheres, always delving into the depths of the genre. With tribal elements and the deepest, darkest frequencies, her performances offer a ritualistic experience on the dancefloor. For those who crave intense sounds, Saraswati promises to deliver a true sense of psychedelic ritual.

Marina is not only a dj but also a co-founder of the BlackLight Project, & she has a strong passion for graphic design and visionary art, which she expresses under the project name Artistry.
