During this massive global change, we need to come together and do our part in this time to raise the collective vibration of the planet, in combat against the media inducing fear that is being engrained in our systems at this time. We must release this fear as fear is one of the most dense emotional vibrations that we can hold as human beings. 💖
Living in fear will only weaken our immune systems, allowing the virus much easier to infect our bodies. 💖
While we must focus on releasing the fear we have built up in our bodies, it is important not to be upset with yourself for feeling this lower vibrational emotion. We are all very energetically sensitive right now and it is important to remember that fear is an inevitable human emotion. This is a time for awakening activation. This is the necessary jolt that the world needed to shift us out of outdated patterns/ old ways of being, pushing us to become what we are here to become. This worldwide phenomenon is showing us how truly connected we all are. And while we may be physically separated at this time, we are more energetically connected than ever. The division illusion is being disrupted and the human spirit is being revealed as our distractions and the way that we have been asked to live our lives is suddenly stripped away.
To ease high anxiety and get into universal flow, I created this meditation for everyone to listen to whenever they need it. Sat nam.
