This is the second 1.5 hours of the 8 hours back 2 back set i played with my good friend and long time colleague Sascha Flux at the Afterparty of the legendary 'Hai in den Mai Festival 2024' at Waldfrieden.
Right from the start we got into a great flow and played strictly one track each, without the need to communicate what to play next or where we wann go musicwise ... the vast experience of two 'veterans' with a similar musical background, led through a night of fun, joy and smoking dancing shoes ;) We loved it, the crowd loved it and hopefully you will love this set too ... enjoy :)

Well friends this was a beautiful summer closing gig! I had so much fun playing at this beautiful stage with so many smiling faces in front of me! Thank you all for that 🤍

I would have loved to play a little longer so that I could have took you on a longer journey - the ending felt a bit rushed but maybe that’s just me and my overthinking haha. Anyway I just now uploaded the set if you missed it or want to relive the time we had together. ✨

Thank you for this summer and all the experiences I was able to have just because I make music. I am very blessed and thankful!

Cos:mos #1 @ Dolten Club 26.04.2025

This set was recorded during one of the most unforgettable nights this summer - playing the Palast der Republik at Fusion Festival, right after @luismlive and before @djane-aliced. The energy in the room was unreal, and I truly soaked in every second of it. What an after-party!!!

While the original recording wasn’t super clean unfortunately, the incredible @aooscitizenofthecosmos from A&S Mastering pulled out every detail he could to make this version shine.

Special thanks to @sarahlynn_fx and Anna for the booking – I’m so grateful to have been part of this lineup and night – and to Sophie Holder aka @phivisualart for the absolutely incredible mapping that brought the night to life in a way I’ll never forget.

This set was new territory for me!

On May 17 at Ridgey Didge Productions Presents - Convergence 3 - I played a 2 hour warm up set for the almighty, Electrypnose. I got to explore some new territory with this set. Kicking it off with my remix of ALBA’s, “Badman”, then shifting through layers of minimal and bush techno gears, progressively weaving into swampy sounds of psy tech and psy trance. Getting up to 140 BPM at one point I believe - definitely the fastest 4/4 I’ve ever played out! All the while playing heaps of homies tunes. ✊

The dance floor was in it with me. I opened to a quiet room, but by the time I finished, the crowd was roaring and ready to dive into 3 hours of Electrypnose. This set felt good… different… I’m keen for some more fast paced, heavier sets like this!

This mix is a re-edit from the secondlast set ever to be played at Club Charlotte in Münster. On this way i'd like to thank everyone involved for creating such a special place. The good energy behind the scenes was reflected on the dancefloor too. The crowd became a family where no one got left out. Young and old together, shuffling techno stepper and hippiesk trance dancer enjoying genrecrossing sounds on the floor.  I always felt very welcome and really enjoyed playing for this mixed up crowd. 

The closing marathon started on friday and went till sunday late evening.
My set was the secondlast before the lights went out forever and the atmosphere was very intense.

Sascha Flux - Club Charlotte Closing (Re-Edit)Feb.2019

Sascha Flux (Twisted Frequency / Attitude Recs) had his stage debut back in 1998 at the 'Backyard Club', the hotspot for excellent electronic music on the island of Koh PhaNgan in Thailand. After a short time he became a resident-dj and played more than 50 gigs at this unique venue and at their special parties deep in the jungle or on secret beaches around the island.
He quickly made himself a well known name on Koh PhaNgan, resulting in a residency at the infamous Fullmoon-Party.
Those experiences with internationally mixed up crowds in some really special moments, gave his dj-ing this extraordinary note, which eventually helped him to soon become a well known dj in Germany and other countries aswell.

Now after more than 15 years on stage, Sascha played countless gigs in different kind of clubs, parties or festivals all over Germany, in Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Netherlands, Israel, Hungary, Indonesia, Thailand and other places.
Also his gigs on the techno stages of well known festivals such as the Fusion Festival or Wonderland Festival proved his great variety.
Even if rooted in progressive house, he's not limited to one particular style as he also features the deeper sides of tech-house, minimal techno, minimal electro and other sounds with that certain deepness or progressive feel, he's known and loved for.

In 2008 his debut EP 'Never Trust The Drugweib' (Dezign Music,Greece) got released and gained him first recognition as a producer.
His first vinyl release, a remix on Tomic's 'Taktgefuhl EP' (Fraud Recordings,Germany), climbed up to No#1 on the Juno Records (UK) Progressive House charts.
His second EP 'Plateau Playground' got released on Attitude Recordings from Canada and took a deeper electro-tech direction.
Appearances on well known labels such as Baroque Records (UK) and Twisted Frequency (UK) followed and there are more to come.
