Originally from Orlando Florida USA, Raul has been involved in music all his life. He began with singing in churches at the age of 4 and  later began learning other instruments to fill his desire to advance himself musically.  He was a performer at Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida USA, and has performed across the United States, Canada, Australia, and South America as a solo vocalist.   
Raul currently performs with several bands, orchestras and musical groups in Australia and the United States. He performs regularly with the Hills Big Band and also conducts and writes for The City of Perth Bands organisation.  In the past Raul also was part of the RiverView Church Worship team where he has performed with various internationally acclaimed Christian artist.  In 2013 Raul started the City of Perth Marching Corps under the City of Perth Band organisation.
