For the foreseeable future I've decided to self release my music as Chymera. It means that I can release when I want and what I want.

Satoshi Fumi comes from Tokyo. Influenced by the 80's Electronic Music and 90's House/Techno scene. He managed to create within the years his own unique style by providing the world with a variety of dance music styles such as Deep House, Techno, and Acid. He has released qaulity tracks in labels such as Bedrock, UNKNOWN season, Get Physical Music, Moodmusic, Sudbeat, We Play House Recordings, King Street Sounds, Detone, Plastic City etc and as a result has managed to gain the recognition and respect of many key DJs such as Laurent Garnier, Ken Ishii, John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo, Ashley Beedle, Terry Farley, just to name a few. He succeed gigs in Tokyo and played good venue around the world (UK, France, Italy, Greece, Russia and Asia.) He run a label Sequent:Recordings and has monthly radio program Outerspace on Proton Radio.

Tokyo producer @satoshi-fumi makes his debut on Rhythm Cult for his latest EP 'Eternal Refrain'. Satoshi's music is elegantly dance-centric, with nuanced rhythm work and beautifully layered melodies that are supported by club-ready energy and dynamics.

Every element of the tune 'Eternal Refrain'' has been developed for summer festivals & parties through its euphoric merging of numerous styles, creating something unique and unforgettable.

'Fractale' combines organic percussion work with effortlessly unique and appealing piano hooks and delicate synths to create a detailed sound environment that rewards repeated listening with fresh discoveries.

@stelios-vassiloudis rounds up this special release with two magnificent remixes of the title track 'Eternal Refrain'. The first gives Vassiloudis' distinctive perspective on ''Eternal Refrain'', opting for stronger beats and bouncing bass throughout. Chunky grooves and high-energy sonics kick in right away, making it a head-turning peak-time jam! With an intimate mix, the second remix takes the listener on a voyage of auditory ambience.

The 3D DJs return with a spring in their step and the bit between their teeth all ready to complete their trilogy of EPs for Selador and arguably, they may have saved the best ‘til last.

With Darren, Dave & Danny now firmly ensconced in the studio together working on a collaborative album project, this EP signals the final piece in the trio’s original concept of releases where each contributes an individual track.

Danny opens proceedings this time with ‘Shortwave’, an ever present in his sets over the last year that finally gets to see the light of day. Listeners with a keen ear may recognise this as the track the 3Ders opened their Mixmag Lab session with in LA last year. A delicious slice of uplifting Howells house.

Darren is next up with ‘Sleeping Bag’, a paean to the legendary NYC imprint that combines a sublime house groove and a seductive arpeggio with spellbinding results. Proper classy business straight outta Billericay.

And last but by no means least, Dave weighs in ‘Press 1 For Human’, a veritable banger loaded with off kilter synth sirens and a bass line so muscular that we demand a dope test. Innocent until proven guilty though and be warned, we have very expensive lawyers!

All for one and one for all, three is the magic number.
