The mix is guaranteed to keep its listener company; be it on their way home, while chilling at a café or if they focus on their work better when there's background music. "

The Weekly Fix.

This week's edition of 'Weekly Fix' is curated by Decemberkid (@decemberkid), the music director of SINDHÈN in Jakarta. Having been exposed to bass music in Vancouver during his university days had led him to be signed to Jakarta-based label Depictive records with releases on Beatport and is also a member of Malaysian label Akhyla.

This mix is an eclectic reflection of all his influences starting off with his remix of JRSCK, into trap and future bass. Bits of Cashmere Cat and Aaliyah into Mardial, Chigga and West1ne. Repping South Jakarta bass music.

The Weekly Fix 002 : Decemberkid

This week's edition of 'Weekly Fix' is curated by Fliko, a member of Tricky Tongue that won Astro's Blast Off early in his days. He has always been comfortable behind the decks regardless what genre he is playing - although hip-hop is always his main chick.

He started his debut DJ duo with renown producer, Emir Hermono, where they performed at several notable events such as 'Raising The Bar' festival 'Urbanscapes' and 'Redbull'.

This week's edition of 'Weekly Fix' is curated by Indonesian producer and DJ, Emir Hermono. Emir has produced for numerous local and international artists and looks to further venture and collaborate with more young artists in the coming future.

Currently, he is working on his latest album, 3AM in Jakarta which features artist such as Ariel Nayaka, NAJ and DJ CZA. Catch Emir alongside Fliko this weekend at SaturdaySelects 008 presents Joe Kay.

The Weekly Fix 004 : Emir Hermono

This week's edition of 'Weekly Fix' is curated by Indonesian producer and DJ, Najmi Ismail.  Working as a content developer for SINDHÈN, Najmi Ismail a.k.a NAJ has been producing for a while and has been working with names such as Emir Hermono, Ariel Nayaka, Decemberkid, Rizkia Larasati, and Ubiet.

Describing NAJ's sound for his production would be melodic yet energetic, as heard from how he lay down his chords, melodic bassline, and tight beat pattern. experimenting by fusing elements of hip-hop, R&B, house, and jazz

NAJ has been seen regularly performing around venues in South Jakarta, such as H Gourmet and Vibes, whether it's a DJ set or an electronic live sets.

The Weekly Fix 005 : NAJ

This weeks edition of the Weekly Fix is curated by Fi7i, a DJ based in Kuala Lumpur who is part of musical collective @hoaxvision. Having had a lust for disco, Fi7i sets are generally catered to a crowd that enjoys dancing and reliving a past they probably wished they lived in, the 70s. 

Fi7i is influenced by the Malay music of the 70's to 80's that he grew up listing to, and those of the modren days incluing : Aritus, Desired, Night Tempo and Macross 82-99. He's bound to get you surfing the vaporwave of Future Funk

Now dabbling into music production, Fi7i retains to his roots and first love for disco by doing edits and flips on old Malay songs, giving it that new age vibe.

He only has one goal in mind, a great ambition to "Make Malay Music Great Again", there will be nothing but more of Fi7i to come.
