what is reversed? 
some kicks, snares and hats
piano hits
aaaand the backing voice in the chorus. kinda. it's actually sung backwards and I wanted to reverse it for the last chorus (guitar solo) so it sounds "normal" but it didn't really work ^^ so I guess the backing lyrics are written in reverse, thats it. and reversed for the guitar part.

auf der Veranda liegt ein Totes Kücken
es hat die Welt noch nicht gesehen
die Augen sind wie zugenäht
als würd die Haut sie vor dem draußen Hüten

Ein Aufgebot an ameisen
reißt fleisch durch eine öffnung 
an der schnabelseite 
Vögel haben keine Nabelschnur 

sein Herzblut kennt keinen
abhängigen Kreislauf

man warf ihn aus dem Nest
mit dem Genick auf einen Stein drauf
ein zart Rosa fleck
und die Vogelmutter weint laut

ich lege den Kadaver
bisschen Näher an den Haufen
der Insekten und sie fange an
zu laufen wie besessen

fressen teiler seiner Haut
ich mach sie wütend mit nem stecken
seh das glänzen seiner knochen
find es fast bisschen ätzend

doch im nächsten Frühling
hat die welt den Mord wieder vergessen
ist mein denken wirklich menschlich
bei dem Anblick seiner überreste

Setz mich in Strassenbahn
und suche nach ner pseudodeepen message
vieles ist nicht tief
und das meiste davon hässlich

Originally written for guitar I believe... so I hope I haven't spoiled it too much for you by transposing it to other instruments... :)
