Will Saul’s Aus Music label is now into its tenth year, and with that, fittingly enough, comes its landmark 100th release. For this special occasion, the ever evolving label has put together a comprehensive 24 track quadruple vinyl, triple CD and vast digital compilation, due for release 8th July 2016. 

We're bringing you an exclusive listen to the whole thing right now. Featuring the likes of Bicep, Midland, Huxley and Marquis Hawkes, it's a veritable who's who of top tier house talent.

We've also had a quick chat with Will about the release and the label's history to date.

Fisher debuted “Ya Kidding” at the beginning of the Summer and it took a life of it’s own. It was perpetually in the top 10 for months, one of the most Shazamed tracks in Ibiza & UK through the festival season, took over multiple chart positions around the globe, and included an official video featuring an epic shoe-off, and became one of the biggest songs of 2017. 

With a track that strong as your first record, it was going to be a hard act to follow. Fortunately, Fisher’s sophomore release “Oi Oi” puts all those fears to rest. 

Leading off the EP is “Stop It”—the already infamous ‘roller coaster song’ that fans ask us about daily. The marriage of the track’s bassline and one sentence verse combine for an attention-grabbing single that raises the energy exponentially no matter where it’s played.

“Ya Didn’t” adds a funky bass bounce to a heavy synth stab, and a big buildup that cements Fisher’s reputation as a monster of the party.

Fisher - "Stop It" [DIRTYBIRD] {preview}

Marco Manrique and Simon Cortez, who together form Filta Freqz, showcase their versatility in their debut for DFTD, 'Master Blaster EP'. The title track 'Master Blaster' features hip-hop vocals and a swinging 4/4, accented by sax blasts and a funking bass bridge. 'Show Me', utilises a similarly direct 4/4 but is otherwise a far cry from the New York hip-hop style first track. It comes as a classic feel-good house track with soul powerhouse vocals, piano riffs and a pumping bassline. A very strong debut EP demonstrating some seriously diverse influences from the Filta Freqz duo.

Multitalented DJ and producer Ruben Mandolini, who is best known for his wall shaking releases on labels such Snatch, Saved, Defected and Toolroom, lays his focus on transforming his "Walking Down The Street" version into a prime time weapon. Ruben's monstrous kick and thumping bassline make this remix an instant floor filler. Heavy hitting percussion alongside Ron's vocals are the icing on this tasty tech house cake. Ruben also added a stripped dub version of his remix to the release.

Volkoder is a name that has been prolific on our scene since back in 2014 when he had an incredible year signing to Hot Creations, Snatch, Off Recordings, Suara and Material to name but a few. It was from here on in that he cemented his name as a real underground talent and an exciting new producer to watch as he began to rise through the ranks.

Volkoder, or Marcos Benedetti, has appeared on Toolroom on a few occasions but this is his first single release and what a triumph it is! He teams up with Barja on vocals here and between them they create a summer anthem that has IBIZA written all over it. Catchy vocals and that bassline will resonate throughout the Summer Months on dance floors and radio airwaves a like ? This will be huge!
