Having made a worldwide name for himself as one half of @audiofly, Anthony Middleton (@user-466805203) makes one of his lesser spotted but always vital solo outings now on the cult deep house label @donotsit on The Furniture. 

Middleton is a UK tastemaker who has released on the likes of Get Physical and Akbal as well as co-running his own label Supernature and of course hosting his own events under the Flying Circus brand. Now in solo mode he goes super deep on some lush and melodic house grooves to take you away. 

Wheel of Life is a nine minute excursion to the edges of our galaxy on warm and rumbling drums and bass, with spiritual synths and gorgeous vocal sounds next to far eastern sounding instrumentals. It's a balmy and cinematic track of the highest order. Magic Touch is another sizzler, with more heady pads and truly touching chords up top - they are delicate and airy and full of hope, while the spacious, roomy drums provide a nice hypnotic groove to get lost in. 

These are perfectly escapist tunes from this assured talent.

Lord Chromatic have been making noise with the Algorhythm crew for the last year or so in Belfast, inviting guests such as Kettama, Brien, Carlton Doom and Rex The Dog to play at their raves.

The duo have recently started putting out some music under their collaborative medieval moniker - including a wonderful acid tinged cut of electro submitted for the AVA Festival Emerging Producer competition.

On ‘Jennifer the Conqueror’ the producers blend the worlds of UK garage and smooth, sophisticated stateside jazz together with samples of J-Lo and a wicked vibe.
