this is the kind of culmination of the last 10 weeks of my being, i’ve been becoming much more familiar with analog tape and i wanted to make something special that was sort of a duet between me and the machine. i think i truly take for granted how incredibly lucky we are to have such beautiful pieces of machinery available, so take this as an ode to the machine and a collaboration between me and the lovely reel to reel i was able to work with on this

i’m trying to be better about not vaulting my music and if something feels special to just put it out there. music is meant to be shared, and i need to remember that
