Angel Alanis aka Owslah started as a DJ at the age of 14 and, in 1997, released his debut double-pack techno EP titled ‘Advanced Therapy’ on Contact Records owned originally by DJ Hyperactive. Since then, he continues to produce a diverse stream of techno, currently landing him on labels such as Naked Lunch, Afro Acid, Impact Mechanics, Chroma, Gynoid, Spark, Nachtstrom, Driving Forces, Torque, Schallplatten, Phobiq, Driving Forces, Bush and Boys Noize, and has also been featured on Tresor, Tronic, White Noise, International House Records, Moody and more. In 2011, Angel established a Detroit style label ‘D-Form Recordings’ with partner Steve Parker and his own techno labels ‘Slap Jaxx,’ and ‘PattSeq’ in 2013. In addition, his work on the Freedom Series albums and continuous flow of remixes proves Angel’s passion for, and dedication to, the music, and not the hype.

88UW has rapidly gained attention as a worldclass producer with a modern take on dark driving techno – remarkably he’s only been releasing music since 2010 but his impressive discography already includes releases on Synewave NYC, Slap Jaxx, Starkstrom/Nachtstrom Schallplatten, Naked Lunch, IF? and more.
His love of techno has been cultured from years before making a name for himself DJing across Germany and especially in his hometown Hamburg, where his own OpenAir party series “Grenzgaenger” has found great popularity with his persistent sets in the morning hours often continuing until noon and beyond. But of course his dark, driving sets are also perfectly at home at night in a club or warehouse.
Since 2012 88UW is resident DJ at legendary club Tresor in Berlin where he ́s hosting “New Faces” ones a month presenting talents from all over the world and of course permanent featured at the weekends playing alongside DJ Rush, Damon Wild, Alan Fitzpatrick only to name a few.
In autumn 2013 his own label Unlimited Whatever Recordings will see the light of the day and it ́s promising to show the full versatility of 88UW.

Brent Shay, from the heart of South Detroit, is a seasoned DJ deeply rooted in the city's iconic techno and house scene. Influenced by the pulsating beats of Detroit techno and the underground vibes of Berlin techno, Brent's musical journey began in his early teens, immersing himself in the rave culture that shaped his sound.

After relocating to Flint in his early twenties, Brent took a hiatus from the music scene, only to return with a vengeance in 2018. With a penchant for dark, banging techno infused with industrial and acid elements, Brent's sets are a exploration of the underground.

As a resident DJ at Fnoob Techno Radio in London and Kapital Techno Radio in Berlin, Brent's weekly shows showcase his eclectic tastes, ranging from Detroit house to deep dub and experimental bass. He's a regular fixture at festivals across the country and has supported numerous national headliners on stages both in and out of state.

Though he's yet to release his own productions, Brent's focus remains on honing his craft and delivering unforgettable sets that transport listeners to the gritty, industrial landscapes of Detroit's underground scene. With his unwavering passion for techno and house music, Brent Shay continues to push boundaries and captivate audiences worldwide.
