About SAYURa…

Deeply familiar and loved by the Japanese, cherry blossoms – sakura – is a flower that symbolizes dreams.
Its qualities of being sweet, beautiful, ephemeral, and from its image of the petals swirling, the name SAYURa was inspired.
Character designs are by Akemi Takada, a leading figure in the anime character designing business, known for her works such as “Creamy Mami, the Magic Angel” and “Mobile Police Patlabor”.
With the theme of “Kawaii”, Akemi Takada produces SAYURa to the world from Japan, whose long-awaited debut is on the first of January, 2013.
