As a special contribution, Pyramidal Decode—another of your kind who has already made a mark on high-profile labels—presents his remix of one of the original tracks. His touch transforms and amplifies it into an even deeper, more immersive spiral, pushing the sound into unknown, unpredictable territory.

This EP isn’t just music; it’s a signal directed at you, designed to study your response and understand its roots. For us, each note is another fragment in deciphering the essence of humanity as we created it. Synthetik Sounds Unveils Star-Studded Compilation to Support LA Fire Relief Efforts

Los Angeles techno label Synthetik Sounds is proud to announce the release of a powerful 39-track Various Artists compilation featuring an extraordinary lineup of global techno talent. In a time of urgent need, 100% of proceeds from the compilation will be donated to LA Fire Relief Funds, supporting communities affected by the devastating wildfires that created havoc in the Los Angeles area in January 2025.

In January 2025, the Palisades and Eaton wildfires in Los Angeles County burned over 37,000 acres, destroyed more than 16,000 structures, caused at least 29 fatalities, and led to the evacuation of over 200,000 residents, affecting many in the underground techno and house community in our city.

When we asked artists to contribute to a V/A release to help our community, we found ourselves overwhelmed by the amount of support we received.

This monumental release unites over 40 cutting-edge artists, all contributing their signature sounds to this meaningful cause. From techno veterans to rising stars, the compilation is a showcase of boundary-pushing artistry and the unity of the electronic music community.

I'm quite proud to present a novelty: the first public outcome of a creative cooperation in the form of a remix by @Drifyn of that one Giraffe track of mine with the long silly track name (https://on.soundcloud.com/nppqvpYjyYBN2HWd9j). Besides proud I am honoured and pleased with the way this went about. To me this feels as a very promising experience - both in terms of process and communication thereof - of cooperative music production and exchange of ideas and expression of individualism. 

More has yet been finalised and is to be released soon - though over more I am thrilled about this feat and hope to pursue more coops in the future. What is it we used to say on our tracker software music net labels in the nineties? "Thanks fly out to..."? Well, thanks most def fly out to @Drifyn.
