I Am Bam lands at The Bloc for chapter 15, teamed with a cast of incredible UK talent on the remix.

Successfully making the rounds on all the right labels, Bam has already built a meticulous discography, highlighted by appearances on Octopus, Suara, and Terminal M. Making his debut at The AudioBloc, the Berlin-based Techno producer brings three tracks to the table. Leading with No Edge, a high octane charge of insistent, gated synths and drums. His track entitled Now, witnesses Bam's unmistakable sound, with side-chained hoovers and echoing vocals. Finally, Pressure delivers something much deeper with warm, rich strings, old school break and vocal.

Recognised as a who's who of rising UK talent, the cast starts with the always efficient, stand out Melody's Enemy, with his interpretation of No Edge, adding vocal adlibs, rich overtones and LFO effects. Dubbed, stripped back and effective is the vision for No Edge from newcomer Rhys Maxwell. Not lost in SMYTH's remix of No Edge is the energetic pull from the original which remains steadfast throughout his take. Inafekt's design for Now, with solid rhythmic themes, delivers tension-filled energy. And for the exhilarating UK flavoured finale, expertly crafted breaks with subtle undertones of summer sunrise, bringing all elements together from the boys of KUSP, for their remix of Pressure.

Premiere: I Am Bam "Now" - The AudioBloc

Sisko Electrofanatik returns to his label Gain Records with a new techno release in the thumping style he has showcased on other labels including Suara, JAM, Say What?, Codex, AnalyticTrail, We Are The Brave and Intec.

Based in the Italian city of Rome, Sisko Electrofanatik first made a name for himself playing in the local clubs before taking the natural step of producing his own music.

He made his first release in 2009, and his early releases charted top 10 on Beatport after picking up regular DJ support by everyone ranging from Carl Cox to Richie Hawtin. After a strong start he has continued to build momentum, and eventually started his own label Gain Records.

In addition to the solo original track “Only One”, the release also features a collaborative remix by Luca Morris & Mozzy Rekorder, who have previously worked together for releases on Terminal M, OFF Recordings, 100%Pure and Reload.

Dark with dystopian vibes and a euphoric breakdown, this high velocity techno release is perfect for peak time plays.

The original mix of “Only One” opens the release with its pounding kick drum and pulsating bassline, which is overlaid with clattering effects to deliver a tidal wave of devastating momentum.

Luca Morris & Mozzy Rekorder tackle their remix by taking an understated approach that has added atmospherics and steadily builds tension before delivering a knock out blow at the end of the main breakdown.
