Volume 1 came out just over a year ago, and started as a simple dj mix that outlined my favorite music, sound and overall vibe. The music that moves me physically and emotionally, more than most. It got such great feedback that I’ve decided to make a series out of these mixes. For over 10 years in the saturated Colorado scene, SayWhat?! has actively avoided following trends, and simply delivers the unique musical productions sent to him by the pandaliens from another universe. Now coining the genre "Ratchet Jazz", his productions are full of complex chords, jazzy riffs, and momentary filth. Slap n wobble bass lines work cohesively with hip hop rhythms and vocal samples to create a new era of jazz music that you didn't yet know you needed.
