(**This song is about all the stuff I wanted as a child of the 80s and never got…..like a video recorder, soda stream, mr frosty and a newer car than our tiny family Mini. Not realising at the time of course that I already had everything I needed 😄)

Un souffle d’âme un hommage à Nicole Croisille
En fouillant dans mes archives studio, je suis retombé sur une vieille maquette, restée discrète, presque oubliée, qui date de 1984. 
En la réécoutant, une évidence s’est imposée : ce souffle musical portait déjà en lui quelque chose de fragile, lumineux, intemporel.
De cette archive est né cet hommage à Nicole Croisille, une artiste dont la voix a toujours su faire vibrer l’indicible.
Pour moi ce morceau s’est imposé naturellement comme un hommage. Parce que sa voix, dans sa justesse et sa profondeur, savait toucher ce que les mots n’arrivent pas toujours à dire. 
Parce qu’elle a chanté l’émotion sans artifice, avec sincérité.
“Un souffle d’âme” est une chanson simple, mais habitée. Elle parle de cette présence invisible qui reste, même quand le silence s’installe. 
Elle est devenue, avec le recul, une manière discrète de lui dire merci.
