Next at ON-SET in December. It is not quite a UK debut this time, but almost, as the last time this incredible producer hit London it was in the year 2000! We can't believe it's gone so long without having him at London parties, as his music has been integral part of the London scene for quite a while, with releases on most of the major UK Underground Techno labels, like Cluster, Stay Up Forever, Carbon Audio, and now Polymeric. Yes you guessed, we have the huge pleasure of guesting at ON-SET the one and only GANEZ THE TERRIBLE!!!
Some DJ's should be given medals of honour for their impeccable services rendered on the decks and prolific careers. I am not talking your Pete Tongs or Tiesto's, I am talking real hard working, willing to play for the sake of a party and for the sake of giving the people a good time – GANEZ Aka THE TERRIBLE is definitely one of those DJs. His Career spans back to the early 90's where inspired by the likes of Mills, Vath, Cox and Garnier he started DJing in France. He played whenever he could and wherever he could; be it bars, clubs or raves. After 18 years of sticking with it he has managed to add a few other countires to his list of places played; Uk, Scotland, Ireland, Netherland, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Poland, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Slovakia, Greece, Morroco, Tunisia, Canada, Korea, Japan, Venezuela, Colombia.
A long list of countries with a plethora of gigs, from clubs to raves to free parties to teknivals to festivals and even radio and fashion shows. Yes he's has pretty much played it all.
But not only is Ganez a renowned DJ who has played more gigs than you've had hot dinners, he's also a sublime producer. Electro, House, Break, Minimal, Acid, Techno and Hard Techno/Schranz he has released it all – with over 300 releases on vinyl and digital format his music is supported by an ever growing number of Dj's and artists.
So medal or not it is clear to see this man is well worth listening to.

U svijet elektronske glazbe uključio se 1995. godine. Pokretač je techno scene na riječkom području, te se smatra ocem hrvatskog hard techna. Njegov se stil od početka bazira na tvrđim oblicima techno glazbe, a danas ga se može definirat kao pumpajući techno s primjesama mračnog techna. Lorino, Getic, Dark Force neka su od pseudonima pod kojima DJ Ogi radi i prezentira glazbu, a Technodrome, Predator, Techno Factory samo su neke od etiketa koje vodi. Krajem 2013. godine Ogi je izdao svoj drugi samostalni album „Chaos“ na svome labelu Technodrome koji obuhvaća 10 mračnih i hipnotičnih techno radova. U pitanju je pažljivo programirano putovanje kroz apokaliptičnu viziju Ogijevog svijeta nemilosrdnih beatova, koje vas vodi izravno na plesni podij. Spajajući hladnu, svemirsku atmosferu s apstraktnim, metalnim industrijskim ritmovima, te uz gostovanje frontmana benda Gorthaur’s Wrath Igora Morbida, “Chaos” vam jednostavno neće dopustiti da mirujete.

Having consistently played the most illustrious, largest clubs and festivals right across the world, in January Perc took the challenge of taking his diverse sound to The DBA, an old school, traditional British pub turned underground rave space over on Cheetham Hill Road in Manchester, with a 3 hour closing of The Lounge.

This was what happened, with a few words from Ali himself:

"The January event was my first time playing at The DBA in Manchester, but I had heard from a few DJ friends that it was a mad place to play.


My plan was to start with quite a house party / afterparty type of vibe (like the DJ Sandy track at 35 mins) and then see where the crowd wanted to go from there. 


The start of the set is filled with a lot of layering. Riffs and vocals like the DJ Funk (RIP) cuts at 11 mins layered over drum loops from other tracks. This seemed to keep the energy level building and then I could slowly bring the bigger riffs and hooks and some harder acid tracks as the set got a little tougher and faster.


After that it was just a case of seeing how far I could take the crowd and how far they would take me. I remember a lot of cheers, people charging forwards when certain tracks dropped and some attempts to dance on tables." - PERC
