milo is a Black American artist, husband and father based in Milwaukee, WI. His latest work Who Told You To Think?!? is a stirring piece of liberation technology hidden in plain sight. A wholly absorbing and intimate affair, there is a sense of wonder drawn from its stillness. Here is a way out. Here is a way in. The records brims with righteous anger, uncompromising joy and the haunting refrain of a man who understands that his politics are personal when he intones, "don’t stop running if you don’t see me ahead."
