Waldorf Pulse 2 - extra bits

Shapeshifter sequenced by Intellijel Metropolis. OSC2 is in LFO mode so that delay times are long. Percussive mode is active.  Delay time, depth/FB and decay time of percussive envelope are manipulated.

Delay Seq

Sequence starts in monophonic mode (ePiano wavteable).  CHORD mode is then turned on and then detuning is applied.  Wavetable is then manually swept.

Shapeshifter in CHORD mode using a granular wavetable with detune at 20. Wavetable is being morphed by a Dixie in LFO mode.

Preset Mode Active - morphing between panel settings and a preset.

Preset Mode Active - using Seq mode to step through 8 different presets in a forward direction. An Intellijel Dixie is used as the trigger source which starts out at audio rate and the frequency is swept down to a lower rate. Pitch of the sequence was manually swept.

first part is dry signal directly from Shapeshifter with no additional processing, then I add analog BBD delay at around 2:47 and the MachineDrum track at the end

Waldorf Pulse in Dub

This track is from June 2006. I found it on a backup drive whilst searching for something else. When I made it, I soon felt something is missing, it sounded old and nostalgic too me,  a dead end, a film watched way too often. Now, I feel even more distant to it. My musical interest moved away from anything that could be labeled 'minimal techno', a genre that became mostly totally empty, uninspired and formalized. However, I like the color of this track, this reminiscence to this certain sub-genre of Chain Reaction / post Basic Channel tracks.  If I would have done it in 1995 - fantastic.

Waldorf Pulse-1 Selfmodulation

Frankfurt Messe 2013: Waldorf Pulse 2 nearly finished prototype. Recorded in 48k, 24Bits from the output.
There are still some Bugs that need to be fixed, like the volume drop when rasing the Resonance. This will and others will corrected in the final product 

This is one of the loudest and most powerful analog sound I heard in a long time.
The demo was recorded with the volume half way up.
