For this 141st Premiere of 2024, we have a track by the US DJ/Producer "Centrikal" titled ‘Bounce’ from his forthcoming EP "Acid Party" on the independent American label owned by JAK (@djjak) : SubSensory Recordings.

Centrikal - Acid Party EP [SubSensory Recordings //SSR110]

Centrikal is the moniker of Patrick Anthony Frye, a DJ, producer, and event organizer based in Portland, Oregon who has released and collaborated with artists such as DJ Slip, Freaky Chakra, and Style of Eye.

A seasoned producer with past releases on SubSensory, Peloton Music and others, in recent years he’s turned his attention toward the electro breakbeat sound. On his Acid Party EP, he comes out swinging with three booming electro tunes.

The title track is pure 303-styled firepower, with a constantly evolving acid line that's sure to turn up the heat on any dance floor. Here Comes the Sun is a techy affair, with a big chunky low end and playful rhythms. Bounce offers a touch of melody and a deep modulating bassline that perfectly rounds out this fantastic EP.

Kurt Baggaley, also known under the alias as Scape One is an electronic music producer based in England. Over the course of his career his music has ranged from driving futuristic electro of his early EPs to more deep and experimental ambient electronica of his Tau Sagittarii releases. His output has gradually become more conceptual with works such as 2012's Natural Phases which focuses on down tempo stripped down low-fi beats with wave formed harmonics. 2015's Former Self consisting of intricate and a slowly building hypnosis of synth sequences.
