Tracey Lee is a former Universal Recording Artist who released a solo album entitled, Many Facez (1997). This album included the hit single, The Theme (It’s Party Time), which settled on Billboard’s Top 100 for thirty-seven weeks. He had the opportunity to collaborate with award-winning artists such as the Notorious B.I.G., Busta Rhymes, and Kanye West.
 
Almost 20 years later, Tracey has returned to the music scene as an independent artist under his LLeft Entertainment label. He is currently featured on Jermaine Hardsoul's new single, "You Remind" and Eric Roberson's upcoming release, "Lust For Love". He also released 2 new singles, It’s About Time and Pro Bono (available on iTunes) in preparation for his forthcoming indie project entitled “ESQ” -- with appearances by DJ Young Guru, Eric Roberson, and Algebra Blessett.

StarVation is a Maryland based hip-hop act with a uniquely different slant on a genre which (according to some industry insiders) has lost its appeal. Unlike the drove of rappers flooding the industry with their simplistic rhymes with monotonous beats to match, StarVation stands apart mainly due to their respect to those who have paved the way for their foray into rap game, by reintroducing lyricism with elaborate production reminiscent of groups’ like Wu-Tang and A Tribe Called Quest who reigned during hip-hop’s golden era. With top-notch production from producer/founder Orren “Ojizzonthetrak” Eaton, rappers A-Boogie, Slim DeVito, Jaxx, and Gino Staxx aka Sling Shot make it known that their young age (ranging from 21-22 years old) doesn't necessarily reflect their taste in rap music but more of an appreciation for a genre built on individuality. Inspired by greats like the Notorious B.I.G., Tracey Lee, Jay-Z, and Nas, StarVation strives and succeeds in bridging the gap between their generation and the “30 and over” crowd with songs like “Hands in the Air,” “Bad Girl,” and “Wolf Pack” which is quickly becoming an international hit in parts of Africa and in clubs around Germany. Their music has graced international airwaves in addition to interviews on radio, websites, and soon will grace the pages of South Africa’s only hip-hop publication, Hype Magazine. Although new to the game (they’ve only been together for five months), StarVation’s meteoric rise to the top is indicative of the hip-hop audience’s thirst for music with substance.
