Our opening set as recorded at the 1st edition of 'Vederlicht' in Antwerp. One of those mystical evenings, a small but magical place, intense, with friends, by friends. Really honoured to play before some really skilled personal heroes. Expectations were high, so we carefully dug up some gems for you and tried to put lots of layers and feelings into this one.

Some unplanned volume changes during the set lowered the output quality of the recording a bit. We apparently still have to learn to keep all arms away from the booth ;), especially while recording! Nonetheless, we believe the message is more important than the carrier and definitely worthy enough to share it with you!

'Schemering' is best known as one half of the dj duo 'Dauw & Schemering'. They quickly paved their way into the Belgian music scene and beyond. Their names — translate to ‘Dew’ and ‘Twilight’ — complement as much as the duo's exquisite taste for refined house music. Consider it a yin-yang situation in which their determination and urge for perfection seamlessly blend together into one experience.

Known for gigs at ADE, Afrika Burn, The Gardens of Babylon & Tomorrowland and heating up dance floors in renowned Belgian venues like Café d'Anvers, Club Vaag and Decadance to only name a few. 2016 and 2017 gave them a quick jump to some international gigs in Stockholm, Berlin, Amsterdam and Tulum. But maybe they're even better known for their elaborate list of delicately crafted podcasts for a wide range of respected music channels.

Not sticking to one particular style their sound can best be described as house music in all its deepest forms and tempo ranges. Every time again they up their game by embracing the dance floor and its listeners with forward thinking music. Warm melodies often go together with groovy, heavy bass lines creating a particular deep sound that has energy enough to get the party started, to going way passed sunrise, and every moment in between. Add some strong emotional flavor to their defined sense for depth & rhythm and they will spark you up on a journey that makes your heart, mind and feet wander over and over again.

Depending on location, time, vibe and audience Anatta DJ-sets can be gently hypnotic, playfully funky, or pulsating and ecstatic. Yet, whether they turn out to be cheeky or thoughtful in a given setting, a fundamental aspect of them always is a certain depth and psychedelic richness of rhythm and sound, representing an invitation to leave the past behind, let go of the future and immerse yourself in the sonic scenary of the present moment.
