Holosound (aka Alex Fish) is a DJ/Producer from NYC that’s been at it since 2004. The past decade+ has seen him dot the globe with appearances in over 23 countries, every major city in the US and release records and remixes on labels like Nurvous, HNQO’s Playperview, Glasgow Underground and (a long time ago) Ultra.

His sound has evolved over the years but has always maintained a subversively sexy vibe that’s built atop a bed of low slung deep and afro house with a sweet spot for melodic techno.  Notable gigs in the last few years include Gazgolder in Moscow, D-Edge in Sao Paolo, Tulum, Helsinki, Rio De Janeiro, Dubai, Toronto, Bogota, Kazantip festival for Flying Circus, London, Medellin, Panama City, San Jose Costa Rica, Quito, Piknic Électronik in Montreal as well as appearances at Burning Man for Robot Heart and many more.

He is a resident of the talented Bespoke Musik crew and when in New York can often be found playing for their events or at the newly reopened Gospel in Soho.

For our first fall cocktail we’re extremely happy to welcome Cairo-based artist Fulltone to our family. He’s been on the rise (and on the Schirmchendrink radar) in the past couple of years. He has become a regular on labels such as Seven Villas or Dream Culture.  

Our most recent favorite productions are Outskirts, an original release on Wildfang Music, as well as the sensational remix of Cecilia on PHCK’s Natu EP on Nie Wieder Schlafen (as heard first on Schirmchendrink, of course!).  

Fulltone definitely has build a vast discography. With his astonishing effort, he has delighted the scene over night and continues to do that, with this blissful Back in Fashion, exclusively here on Schirmchendrink.

This is our 60th episode, which means it's a very special episode. And we've got our lovely friend, the talented Joséphine De Retour with a killer set. We sure love her colorful personality which translates beautifully into her work. 

The hippie-est of the infamous Deep Like crew, the party series she co-launched almost 5 years ago in Dubai, Joséphine is often seen floating from festival to festival, soundscape to soundscape.
As a stubborn optimistic and music hunter, and always looking forward to the next step, she’s been leading Deep Like’s musical and artistic direction while evolving as a resident, and now cross-borders DJ.
She mixes and matches genres as she pleases, transporting the listeners to hypnotic and groovy journeys, with each attendee following her intricate storylines. 
From Dubai she’s now regularly flying to play in Germany (KaterBlau, Ritter Butzke) Switzerland (Hive Zurich), Turkey, Bahrain, and much more to come.
