We're pleased to welcome Lovecraft for this episode 99 of XYZ Selectors. The creative amalgamation of live act, DJ and producer is fresh off his release of Koelle & Reza Safinia's Reverie out September 29th on XYZ 

On that tune, Lovecraft takes his time to set the mood, with floating chords resting on an arp which keeps on building up until the break. That's when the main hook comes in, carried by a rolling bassline continuously building in energy.

David “DAVI” Khanjian grew up listening to classic sounds of Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, and the like.

Discovering his passion for music from an early age, he was subsequently admitted to the Vocal Department of Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory. David's immigration to Los Angeles expanded his horizons in music.

Focusing on production of genre defying electronic music, David’s sound can best be described as deeply melodic journey into the mind that can leave you whiplashed much like a rollercoaster. As the vibrant strings of acoustic guitar resonate over thick bass lines, you can feel a warm glow in your heart, interrupted only by an occasional conga riff.
