Com grande influência de bandas que buscam incorporar o carácter puro do blues, numa musicalidade que contraste com outras vertentes melódicas, a banda Old School Again foi formada, em Abril de 2012.
Riffs fortes de guitarra, colocados em bases fortes, numa música forte, dinâmica e marcante, é o que Matheus Meyer (vocal e guitarra), Mayron Cruz (Guitarra), Richardyson Marafon (Baixo) e Felipe Valerio (Bateria) buscam apresentar em suas composições.
As principais influências são bandas como The Raconteurs, The Black Crowes, Them Crooked Vultures, Led Zeppelin, Yardbirds, Pride And Glory e Queens of the Stone Age.
