All those multifarious experiences, the wisdom, spirit & love of so many wonderful people I've met during the last 30 years of spinning records, 
as well as my passion for tracks with a hard'n'mad edge, shifting atmospheres, and for sure that 'certain frequency’, are never-ending sources of energy and inspiration for me.

I love playing live arranged and free flowing. Purely guided by intuition and the present moment. Progression in mind, I'm sometimes crossing different styles to whirl up a freaky wave of sound and emotion.

“Trance needs time” … That why I like also playing sets up to 12 hours or even longer (sometimes ;-) ). I am still deeply grateful when being captured by the vibrations of a crowd ascending to a higher level. When the ego disappears, the common connection becomes strong and clear. Then -sometimes- it's possible to unlock the secrets of love & magic which are hidden somewhere between space & time.

Influencé par différents styles, j'aime beaucoup le jazz manouche (Django Reinhardt, Angelo Debarre, Fapy Lafertin, Les Doigts de l'homme), le jazz de la Nouvelles Orleans (Tuba Skinny ainsi que tous les grands maîtres du style), le Klezmer, les musiques d'Europe de l'Est et des Balkans mais aussi le punk, le métal ou la musique d'Afrique occidentale.

Using the moniker – ScenesFromSound – Bradley Dawson develops soundtracks to support landscapes, moods, and images. The places where an absence of sound would be far louder and more distracting.

Theory
ScenesFromSound – a merging of technological and natural landscapes by means of field recordings, modular synth patches, and live recorded instrument performances; stripping away the excess of these elements to capture a thoughtful and healing atmosphere for that length of time. 
This work is an architectural process, describing the relationship between the objects of sound as well as the spaces that surround them. The performance itself is a means of guiding the listener through this work, pointing out structural features, which windows to peer through, and what rooms to explore.
