Kosen Production are fast becoming a pillar for independent drum & bass, never failing to deliver nasty slices of bass onto its ever-growing fan base. Founded in 2011, the French label has continued to push the sounds which have made the underbelly of drum & bass thrive in recent years. And they’ve hosted a wide range of talent, whether that be emerging newcomers or the scene’s more prominent figures, including heavyweight names such as Signs, The Clamps, TR Tactics and Nickbee. Merikan stands as one Europe's most fiercely in-demand djs, known for his high-energy style and relentless ability to grasp the dance by its spine and act as a brutally effective sonic chiropractor who knows how to knock a rave into shape. He made his name as a dj very early on, with his undeniable ability behind the decks impressing promoters and ravers in almost every country in the continent—and his production ability has left an equally, if not more, striking mark on the landscape or twisted and heavy dnb. 

He burst onto the scene with heavy-hitting records on Close2Death and Disturbed before being picked up by veteran labels Cause4Concern Recordings and PRSPCT Recordings with a further pair of EPs, both of which left a striking impression and immediately catapulted him to the forefront for all lovers of neuro and metal-inspired electronica. Moving on to release a fierce single on MethLab Recordings, and his stunning collaboration with IHR in the form of DEAD END saw his refined aggressive sound elevate to new heights of powerful experimentation, while a consistent flow of releases on Blackout garnered yet greater accolades and attention from the heads. 

Merikan AKA Guiliano Gronholz is a hard hitting neuro producer and DJ situated in Naples, Italy. Early in his life, he began attending hardcore raves and immersing himself in the music scene where he developed a passion for various types of electronic dance music including psytrance, dubstep and primarily – Drum and Bass. Demand for his production and performances has been a staple of the EU scene since his eruption into the drum and bass scene, and he is at the forefront of the harder and more futuristic end of the electronic music spectrum.
