### The Assignment: Make music by processing a static sound

Done with SuperCollider.

I have generated two arrays with band limited impulse oscillators (Blip.ar), each of them starting with random frequency values 
in an exponential range between 100 to 5000Hz.  Those result in a steady micropolyphonic cluster sound.

In addition, a bank of 16 resonant low-pass filters (RLPF.ar) were collected in an another array with controls for frequency and RQ. 
To address each oscillator and filter independently, I wrapped them into NodeProxies with Ndef´s.

A last filter was added to the final mixing stage to emphasise the overall sound and prevent filters and oscillators from 
"blowing up".

In a Tdef I change filter frequencies and q-levesls at rather regular intervals - I tuned this by ear and "taste". I added lag times, so these would slide to new stochastic frequency values rather than jump around and I offset the two oscillator banks against each other by roughly 2 seconds, creating interesting harmonic modulation and distortion by-product artefacts and glissandi.

I let it run for maybe 28 minutes and just recorded it to disk. While doing so, I created an automatic document, storing all the array values in it, so if certain combinations were especially interesting, I could reuse them and hard code them later, in case I wanted to come back to it another time.

There are some glitches, but I left them in, because I liked them.
