Pre-Talk to Non-Contemplative Meditation™

No one likes to feel anxious, but the discomfort serves a good purpose. It’s a symptom of something gone wrong – that something is broken.

Drinking, eating, sex, antidepressants, smoking – these all are ways to remove the symptoms while leaving the cause totally unaddressed. Without having met and dealt with the spiritual cause of anxiety, then whatever is wrong and remains wrong.

There is a simple way out of the anxiety dilemma.

The Pre-talk and Post-talk will still apply.

It allows you to become mindfully conscious of your thoughts in a way where anxiety, depression, vices, and the fear of financial insecurity and people will resolve completely and quickly. You’ll find peace and confidence, freedom of all obsessiveness, addictions and harmful behavior.

There’s no coursework, no workbooks, nothing to learn or to join. There are no donations to send, no sermons or seminars to attend. No human effort is required from you at all to receive the benefit except to practice Non-Contemplative Meditation exactly as described and nothing more.
