Screamarts returns to Dispatch with the 'Dreamworld EP.' This talented Austrian producer is known for his dark, melodic sound - incorporating technical, clean percussion with distorted and multi-layered basslines. 

Each of the four tracks on this exceptional follow-up to 2021's 'Prodigy EP' demonstrates a different side to his production, deep and intricate but never formulaic. Effortlessly combining elements from all aspects of the drum and bass spectrum, the final result is as varied and wide-ranging as the long list of multi-genre musical influences that combine to make the Screamarts sound.

Spinal, hailing from Johannesburg, South Africa is a drum and bass producer and DJ. Relatively new on the scene with a passionate and critical ear for all things 174, he enjoys the ebb and flow of moody soundscapes and finger-gun-raising whoppers. Spinal is amongst a rare few South African DJs who dip into other genres, as he switches things up with his Dark Disco alias, “Strangest Thing”. 

This mix, recorded live at And Club Newtown, showcases Spinal’s deep/techy forward thinking sound. Mixing subtly between well known UK sounds and other sound design oriented sub-genres, Spinal shows his appreciation for keeping the energy up!.

Since signing with us three years ago, Alexey Fuifanov (Command Strange) is an artist that has proved himself time and time again. His past releases have gained support from the likes of Andy C, Goldie, Hype, Bukem, Fabio & Grooverider, and have all seen airplay on prestigious stations such as BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra. 

The tail end of 2018 we saw Alexey release a stunning four track EP on Liquid V, and following that he joined us on tour to celebrate the labels 25th anniversary. Continuing into 2019, he continues to show his diversity with a deadly two track single on V Recordings. ‘Ahead Of Me’ and ‘Skyline’ have already proved how well Alexey can work with the Alibi boys, with both tracks gaining huge support. They join forces once more for the first track, ’Stardust’, a sub-low powerhouse. Alexey’s powerful sound design is evident in the second track ‘Major Groove’, with its cage-rattling reese work. 

Command Strange has racked up achievements that are distant dreams for many artists twice his age. Even so, as he continues to develop, collaborate, and innovate, there's no doubt there are many more incredible things to come for Command Strange. Watch carefully.
