Ibiza Anthem "Encounter" is dance track that says "what if I meet that special someone tonight?" all set to a sci fi theme (of course!)

Using a mixture of  drum samples and live percussion, the groove really gets going with the pile driver of a bass line (played on a 5 string bass). 

The spacey sound is curtousey of a vintage Roland SVC-350 vocoder and a Jupiter 6 Analogue Synthesizer.

Going Down

The original version of Run (sucker), from the uncensored version of sci fi funk episode 4 which would have failed the Australian 15 rating due to nudity. It also contains the word scum.

I therefore toned the thing down by making the frontal nudity cover up, plus changing the word scum to "clone" which probably helps the plot anyway.

Half a soldier

A Space Groove using A Lexicon PCM80 Reverb set to a high "spacey" sound with various instruments moving in and out of the space.

Specifically an electric bass guitar and a Yamaha CS70m get stuck in whilst a sampled Bass loop from a Westfied 5 string provides an occaisional bass riff.

The synth arepegios are curtosey of a Roland Jupiter 6.

A live sounding praise and worship session to various bombastic overblown bass riffs.

Intended to open up a meeting on the right footing, or start a gig and get everybody jumping.

"Lets stop thinking about ourselves, and praise the holy name of Jesus!".

Created in Cubase with a drum loop, some bass playing, a little funk guitar and a whole lot of heart felt singing.

Get up, Sing your heart out, and praise Jesus.

"Humanoids" is a sci fi track depicting an alien invasion of earth. At this point the Aliens have targetted earth for invasion.

They are a funky little bunch though and using live bass guitar over a sampled and highly edited drum beat we get a sci fi funk rhythm.

The track is given an off the wall zany feeling with it's use of alien voice samples, strange noises, analogue synths (mainly the Yamaha cs 70m)  and an experimental arrangement.

Humanoids

They are the Funky litle dudes ya'll. A classic old Skool funk track with a modern electronic edge set in outer space.

Featuring a Yahmaha cs70m Synthesizer, a Roland SH101 for the mega deep bass, old 16 bit drum machine samples, a classic Roland Planet-P electric piano for that funky Clav sound (through a phaser for funk effect),  and lots of hi/lo voices (for the aliens).
