Zalwa qu Quazulu Nathal a leader, of the plains Shaka Zulu, was his name
An incestuous son of Senzanagakona
To the tribe his existence was wreathed in shame
Driven away and disgraced he ran, to the people of Dingiswayo
Who soon recognized Shaka's strength and bade him return to claim his home

The peasantry toiled only to see
The impis, drawing near ready to cultivate with the spear
For with the subjected slain it's easier to gain

iSolo khulu, Shaka Zulu forged an army of only the bold
He shortened their spears and widened them, to disembowel no longer to throw
Upon the death of Dingiswayo Shaka's power filled the void
The impis ranged on ever further and the neighboring tribes were enslaved or utterly destroyed

Bulowayo as it became known

Mzilikazi of the Ndebele
Built a capitol of death with Bulowayo its name
With Bulawayo its name

Shaka Zulu cast himself as a hegemon, with the power of life and death
Whenever he spat his subjects would leap, to save his essence from disrespect
But his doom was wrought within not by his enemies, by his kin

Scorpions were undoubtedly one of the best and most iconic metal bands of the 80s. Their singles 'Rock You Like A Hurricane', 'Big City Nights', and 'No One Like You' are among some of my all time favorite tunes from that era. So I thought that it would be a lot of fun to put some new school spice to their song 'No One Like You' with two of my good buddies Ben Schmitz and Drewsif Stalin. Take a gander!

On guitar is myself and Ben Schmitz of Rest Among Ruins and on bass is Drewsif Stalin of DSME. Vocals by yours truly. Mixing and drum composition are also compliments of Drewsif! That guy rocks the Casba!
