The prolific artist Rafael Cerato lands on Sincopat with an energetic outstanding EP that includes an avant-garde remix by Italian born but Spain based maestro Bawrut.
Swag it's like a roller coaster ride that masterfully opens the EP, the Bawrut's remix brings it to a new level of conceptualism and space to enjoy, preferably to be enjoyed with very loud speakers in a club.
The Magic continues the journey with a strong indie flavour and superb vocals.
Was not easy to select the order of the tracks on this release and Ritual it is another good proof of that, pulsating percussive synths perfectly executed and a great vocals by Thomas Gandey make of the track another bomb.
Rotor closes this timeless EP with a catchy melody that will be hard to get out of your head once you listen.

First of all I like to wish you Merry Christmas. Think about positive things in life and have a great time together with your Family. That´s most important. I am really happy to give away my this years "Christmas Mix" (Number 05). This time I decided to record my DJ Mix in a Club in Germany (Augsburg) called "Kesselhaus" which I really love. Stories From Sa Talaia is an album, a compilation, a love affair and like the title says many stories. Some of those with friends and collaborators, some about my family and all somehow connected to Ibiza. 
It´s a showcase of what i learned in the studio and in the booth in the last 20 years and the combination of those skills. 
It´s my approach of how to present such work in our fast forward moving times. This is why this work as i intended it to be in mixed form will be available as a free download for all of you. For DJs the tracks will be available as 4 Album Chapters with single tracks in the next months.

Opener Galactica sets the tone with electric pads and spacious, echo-ridden synths that create a playful yet compelling melody with a highly memorable bassline. Euplea is arguably the most stirring cut of the four, with a whirlwinding pad and incessant bass that emerge from the first bar. Nocturna brings forth equally spatial sounds, arched around a massive build up with a breathtaking drop. Its the perfect drama-infusing track, an ace in the sleeve when deployed at the right timing. Channeling huge drums in a tribal-like ambiance, Endless creates suspense through minimal layers and lofty pads, rounding off the release in a well-timed manner.

Unless that is, you know a thing or two about making a name for yourself. 

Step forward Dave Seaman & Steve Parry, Acid house lifers with decades of experience between them who 6 years ago decided to join forces and  embark on another chapter in their illustrious careers by setting up independent label, Selador Recordings. Together they have carved out a reputation as providers of the finest in Melodic House & Techno and many of the subtle shades in between. They stubbornly refuse to be constricted to the kind of niche genre policy many of today’s labels seem to adopt and it’s a formula that has served them well, attracting some of the best producers in the business to rally behind the Seladorian battle cry. 

As the imprint reaches its 100th release, by way of celebration, Dave & Steve have assembled a crack team of producers to tackle a handful of the label’s landmark back catalogue that had not been previously remixed. Until now! Calling on André Hommen, D-Nox & Beckers, Doc Martin, Kotelett & Zadak, Moonwalk and Petar Dundov to reinterpret the collaborative works of Dave & Steve themselves, Gorge & Joeski, Guy Mantzur & Lonya, Cristoph & Quivver and Luke Brancaccio & Tim Healy - it’s a mightily impressive cast. 

A milestone release befitting of the occasion then. A toast to centurion status and to everyone who has shown love and support for the label thus far. Thing is, you can’t help thinking this journey has really only just begun.

doing a release from him on my labels.
The time has come with this incredible “Vertigo” release.
Needless to say that I’ve been a fan of Kevin’s sound for years and supporting almost
every single release he’s had.
So I am obviously super happy to finally land his excellent music on NM2.
I feel we’ve put together a release so strong that it sets the bar extremely high for what’s
to come on NM2 in the future.
Kevin’s flair for making amazing melodies and soundscapes mixed with spot on
arrangements and in depth productions is a true pleasure for your ears.
Even when writing these words I slowly drift away and dive into the music with a smile on
my face.
To top it all we also got a superb remix from Marco Faraone who has been among my
favorite techno producers for years as well and one I have been wanting to release music
by for some time. His remix makes “vertigo” a more hard hitting and techno driven
