Here's a song from a game that I played in my childhood. I didn't get this far into it, but after finding a rather high-quality game rip *wink wink* on SiIvaGunner's channel, I was instantly reminded of it. What I was surprised to find out is that the original composer is 4mat, who I only knew for a couple of his chiptune works. Interesting stuff, IMO.

Anyway, although many countries have democratically elected governments across Elancia, castles are not entirely a thing of the past. Many local lords have castles or fortresses, even in such countries. This theme is for those places. :V I first wrote this when I was about 12, but have made a few changes since to make it more interesting.

So uh... I kinda haven't gotten used to uploading on a regular schedule  yet ^^; I'll try and get back into the swing of uploading once weekly again.

Anyways, here's something I started a couple months ago as a doodle while messing around with OPN2/YM2612 under a lot of Ryu Umemoto influence and decided to just take and run with it. Had there been an OPNA tracker, this would've had additional percussion added to it, but it's fine as-is, heh. If nothing else, I think I got a little better at making instruments by this, but I do think I could've done a little better with the hat. Oh well :p

Oh and btw I'd kinda like to make a soundtrack to go with this but I dunno what the game it'd be for would be about so heck

Since I made a soundcloud account to bash a footwork music artist for stealing Sapling by Blitz Lunar, I figured I might as well upload some of my music.

This one here is a cover of Aruarian Dance by Nujabes. I made this in famitracker 3.8 beta 3 with the default 2A03 chip and the VRC7 expansion chip. If any of you have watched Samurai Champloo, then you may recall this song (though I vaguely remember this song playing in a scene where Jin was with a woman who wasnt Fuu, fuck man idk that was like 5-6 years ago lmao).

Anyway, I started this one at the beginning of March. It wasn't really difficult, but this also marks the first time I ever used VRC7. I can't say I'm all too fond of the way the volumes work in VRC7, but I tried to work with it the best I could. I also took a couple liberties with the song (mainly the chords) so hopefully it doesn't detract from my cov as a whole.
