Divergent Polarity is a double CD featuring two themes. The first CD showcases a selection of uplifting and energizing tracks, while the second CD delves into darker and more futuristic sounds that are sure to satisfy the night crowd. A deep dive into human nature, journey through the turbulent waters of chaos, ending in the vast steppes. Kam, the priest of Turkic shamanism, conducts a dark and blood-soaked ritual, drum in hand. In all shamanic traditions, rituals must be repeated countless times to draw the unreal into the world. With each repetition, evil inches closer to reality. Eventually, evil returns, and humanity is forced to confront and reconcile with the other half of its nature.

Scorching Dose is the creative outlet of Alper Ertem’s dark inner world, emerging from the shadowy corners of France’s underground scene.
In 2023 he started to make his first productions and quickly recognized by WooDog Recordings and now signed with Patronus Records, Scorching Dose delivers a unique fusion of dark forest psytrance, weaving the eerie ambiance of wild nature with dissonant textures and hypnotic grooves.
Before venturing into music,  SD worked as a writer, and he now channels his storytelling talents into crafting deep sonic narratives as co-founder of Grim Biome Collective.
In 2025, his debut album release reached Top 6 on Beatport, a remarkable milestone that only a handful of forest psytrance albums have ever achieved.
