El profundo amor y respeto que experimenta Hugo hacia la música Techno lo ha llevado a convertirse en uno de los productores más solicitados en nuestro país, pues desde su primer lanzamiento “Origen Cero” en Warm Up Recordings, sus producciones han pasado por diferentes sellos de prestigio como Axis Records de Jeff Mills, Semántica Records, Legend 1997, Illegal Alíen, Molecular Recordings, Faut Section o Edit Select entre muchos otros.

Siendo cabeza visible de uno de los mejores clubs a nivel europeo como lo es Lanna Club en Gijón, el productor asturiano solo entiende de esfuerzo y trabajo para una mejor escena, limpia y sana, estando siempre envuelto en esa exquisita de programación tanto del club como del ya consolidado Lanna Festival.

SCORDISCI PODCAST 001 | FERGUS SWEETLAND

Ruben Ganev is a Bulgarian sound designer, producer, tutor, performer, and label owner with nearly two decades of experience in sonic craftsmanship. Born in Sofia in 1987 with Armenian heritage, he began experimenting with sound in 2005 and later honed his skills in the UK, graduating in Sound Design from the University of the Arts London in 2011. Influenced by his classical music background and diverse musical tastes, Ganev developed a distinct style that culminated in the founding of his Berlin-based label, mould.audio, in 2020. His productions, praised for their depth and maturity, have gained recognition from top-tier artists and are regularly played in premier clubs and festivals worldwide, including Berghain and Tresor. In 2023, he released music on the esteemed Reclaim Your City label. Now based in Sofia, Ganev continues to produce, release music, and tutor aspiring producers through his individual courses.

Bio:
Yax is a techno DJ based in Adelaide, Australia, with a decade of experience behind the decks. His sound draws inspiration from the deep, groovy, hypnotic techno of the '90s and early '00s, fused with a contemporary edge. Influenced by artists like DVS1, Donato Dozzy, and Jeff Mills, Yax crafts sets that emphasize tension, groove, and long-form storytelling.
In 2021, he launched Yax Invites — a podcast dedicated to showcasing underground techno talent from around the world. Now surpassing 200 episodes, the series laid the foundation for him to begin promoting his own events: starting with an outdoor rave in 2023, followed by a string of techno nights called Paranoia at Sugar Nightclub. Notable international guests have included Decoder (US) and Carmen Electro (DE).

Zac is not only a gifted artist but also a core member of Scordisci. We were genuinely mesmerised when we first discovered his sound - textural, atmospheric, and deeply intentional.

Now based in London after growing up in Eora Sydney, Zac brings a unique perspective to his selections. Part storyteller, part sound sculptor.

It’s a true pleasure to have him with us, both behind the decks and within the collective.

Introducing Guest #13 on T2G

Leandro Comiran, aka Andc, started his career in 2016. Born in Curitiba, 
Southern Brazil, the artist, has a unique palette and skills when it comes to Techno. He has a vast music selection that makes him able to perform and adapt himself to 
different line-ups and atmospheres. Andc’s music varies between some Techno 
subgenres such as mental beats with hypnotic textures, drones and synthlines, sci-fi vibes, and minimalistic sounds all that wrapped in grooves.

Resident and one of Technoteca Collective founders, he presents on his mixes 
his own interpretation of what he understands as Techno. A mix rich in tones and a true journey like a story told.

Andc has released on labels such as Dynamic Reflection, Liberta Records, 
Primitive State Records, West Rules Records, among others. So, he already gathers support from top industry artists such as Richie Hawtin, Freddy K, The Lady Machine, Marcal, Ken Ishii, Insolate, and many more.

At Scordisci, there are no artificial barriers to the styles we embrace.

Beyond traditional club events, Scordisci seeks to champion experimental expressions within the electronic music realm. Our vision is to bridge the gap between segregated forms of electronic music, emphasising that all music, regardless of genre, is ultimately just that: music.
