Singing a song on the road to discover, and hoping that maybe you’ll sing it with me. 
I know it sounds so much better whenever we sing in harmony. 
We’ve got a choice, either buildin’ or burnin’. Reckon it’s time that we all started learning.
Bridges get used getting there and returning, that’s how it’s s’posed to be. 

But if we burn ‘em, there’s no going back. If we build ‘em we can shine. 
Sure, we can take a chance on standing pat, or maybe keep on tryin’
To reach across to the other side, and know we’ve tried to see - what it means to be free.

I know you think we’ve got nothing in common, it might surprise you to know I agree,
But that doesn’t matter, we’ve still got a ladder to reach above the fray.
We’ve got a choice, tearin’ down, or repairing, let’s make some noise, so instead of comparing, 
Let’s work together and work hard at sharing the things we have today.
